Dockage Rates
Krates Keswick marina rates are based on the size of slip, not on the size of your boat occupying it. Our slip rates cover a 12-month annual lease and include summer dockage and winter storage (April 1- March 31). Our premium Lake Simcoe marina offers additional services are available, such as haul-out, launch, winterizing, summerizing and shrink-wrap, and can be arranged with a simple phone call to our Service Department.

Krates’ North Harbour boasts spacious covered slips in 20, 30, and 40- foot lengths. If you are looking for a spot with easy access to the lake while enjoying a wide range of the marina facilities, this is it! Your slip in the North Harbour comes with access to immaculately kept showers and washrooms, and a newly renovated clubhouse that’s available for you to book for a birthday party or other celebration.
Parking is located behind our service building and gives you quick and easy access to the amenities and your slip. -
Our South Harbour faces the sunset and affords you one of the best views on the lake. Slips in the South Harbour are open and are available in 20, 30, 36, 40, 50, and 60-foot lengths. Entering the marina via the South Harbour gate will take you to ample parking, the gas dock, launch ramp, dog-run, and play park. As with the North Harbour, there are immaculately kept showers and washrooms, a heated pool, and a newly renovated clubhouse available for you to book for parties and special occasions.

Slip holders enjoy full access to our marina amenities, including spotless showers, washrooms, and a newly renovated clubhouse available for gatherings and celebrations.
